Cable Fault Finder
The AF2 A-frame fault detector and FT14 fault transmitter works as a
system for locating ground-faults in direct buried power and
communications cable. The FT14 transmitter's primary function is to
place high-voltage, pulsed, DC signals on target lines. The AF2 A-frame
detector probes the ground locating leakages and pinpointing the fault.
The AF2 includes a remote probe extender used to locate faults around
obstacles.
